Delivery & Collection Policy

Collection from the pub

Customers can collect shop orders from The Queens Head Piccadilly, 15 Denman Street, London W1D 7HN during normal opening hours once the order is ready.

Please bring your order confirmation email or order reference when collecting.

UK delivery

UK delivery is charged at £6.99 per order for postage and packing.

Orders will normally be packed and dispatched within five working days, subject to stock availability and pub opening/administration hours.

Delivery is currently intended for UK addresses only. If an address cannot be fulfilled, the team will contact the customer before dispatch.

Problems with an order

If an item arrives damaged or the wrong item is supplied, contact bookings@queensheadpiccadilly.com with the order reference and a photo where relevant.

Refunds and returns are handled under our Refund Policy.
